At EcoGuate, each item is carefully handcrafted by artisans in Guatemala. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur, making every piece unique.


Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor natural variations inherent to handcrafted goods.


Damaged or Defective Items


If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ventas502@ecoguate.net with:

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.



Important Notes


Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


Items must remain unused and in original condition for damage claims.


We reserve the right to request additional information before approving a replacement.
